This is a Day Tour, departing by van or Land Rover Defender at 6.30 am from Coron town or 7.30am from Tribal Adventures expedition base, SandCastles at Cheey in Busuanga. Return is to town by 5pm or SandCastles by 4pm.

The tour visits Calauit Wildlife reserve with giraffe, zebras and impalas as well as the endangered native of Busuanga, the Calamian Deer. It also takes in jungle swimming in rock pools fed by cascading waterfalls surrounded by tall hardwood trees, lianas and an assortment of towering tropical palms.

Ideally, lunch will be a barbecue in the forest by one of the rock pools. Bring your swimmers!

Participants can request to omit visiting SandCastles and drive the main west Busuanga road to and from Macalachao, the jump off point for a brief boat ride across to Calauit Wildlife Reserve. The same option to omit returning to SandCastles applies when departing from Sinibayan Waterfalls. It saves time to take the faster western route back to Coron rather than the rough, wild and picturesque track via New Quezon & Amaha.
