The cat’s also a platform for snorkeling with Busuanga’s dugongs. These outings, run in collaboration with Indigenous Dugong Rangers, have a 95% success rate. Busuanga has the highest concentration of the mammals in the Philippines, and some say anywhere outside of Australia.
